Oliv&sens: the fruit of an encounter.

Fruit of an encounter more than 15 years ago with a master miller who passed on his passion for the olive tree to me, I decided to create, in 2019, Oliv&sens. Between Collias and Lyon, the seeds of the brand's identity, its values, its positioning have germinated to acquire over the months the knowledge necessary to realize my dream. : become a producer of olive oil, producer among the best olive oils in France.

Like the Burgundy wines that I particularly like, the Oliv&sens universe is expressed around a range of single-variety olive oils: a single variety of olive for a single olive oil in order to best express the aromatic richness of each variety as well as of the soils on which the olive trees grow.

Oliv&sens now offers, in addition to its French artisanal olive oils, exceptional spreads.

In 2023, I completed my knowledge with training and obtained the diploma of Oleologist.

History continues to be written every day and the Oliv&sens universe grows as it is enriched with ideas, encounters and new flavors to discover.
