Olive, from fruit set to green fruit

Fruit set, which began at the end of June, continues with a phase where our delicious little green fruits will gradually grow...

The olives grow little by little... Between the end of August and the end of September the olives will reach their 'adult' size. Green table olives are harvested and prepared.

In October, the veraison phase will begin, which we will tell you about very soon, at the beginning of October.
