Seasonal recipe - Artichokes in olive oil
A simple and delicious recipe to enjoy as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a dish.
Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 12 poivrade artichokes
- 20 cl of olive oil Oliv&sens Old fashioned taste
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Prep time
Rinse the artichokes, remove the leaves and the hay. Steam them for 10 minutes. Put the still hot artichokes in a jar, tightening them well. Add olive oil Oliv&sens Old fashioned taste, bay leaves, rosemary sprigs, coarsely chopped garlic and salt. Close the jar tightly and reserve 48 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
