Seasonal recipe: Strawberries with whipped cream flavored with olive oil
To accompany delicious strawberries, here is an amazing recipe!
Chantilly cream flavored with olive oil
Ingredients
– 20 cl of full liquid cream
– 30 g of icing sugar
– 3 tablespoons ofolive oil Oliv&sens Négrette
Prep time
In a bowl, mix the cream and the icing sugar then whisk everything together with an electric whisk. When the whipped cream is well whipped, gradually pour the 3 tablespoons ofolive oil Oliv&sens Négrette while still beating.
Return the whipped cream to the fridge to cool.
For a successful whipped cream, the liquid cream must be very cold (put it in the freezer for 15 minutes before preparing your whipped cream) as well as the whisks and the container (put it in the freezer for a few minutes as well).
Once the whipped cream has been made, don't leave it too long in the refrigerator so as not to reduce the flavor of the olive oil!
