Apricot, honey, mint and olive oil compote Oliv&sens Aglandau
The apricot still and always honored as long as it is found on the market stalls. Their aromas enhanced by Oliv&sens Aglandau olive oil.
I have a weakness for apricots… So I prepare them with all the sauces, you only have them!
Ingredients
For a kilo of apricots, provide 2 tablespoons ofAglandau olive oil, 2 tablespoons of honey and a few sprigs of mint.
Prep time
- Fry the apricots in theolive oil Oliv&sens Aglandau.
- When they start to melt, add the honey and cook until you get a compote.
- Add a few mint leaves and keep to eat lukewarm or put in a pot that you keep in the refrigerator for up to a few days.
- Before serving, for more indulgence, add a drizzle ofolive oil Oliv&sens Aglandau
Tasting
To be eaten with a spoon as a snack, in yogurt or as an accompaniment to small biscuits or a scoop of ice cream.
