Here are some tips for properly storing your olive oil...

Olive oil must be stored away from light and heat in order to retain all of its taste qualities.

To do this you must:

  • favor opaque containers (i.e. not transparent)
  • keep the olive oil (before opening) in a cool and dry place
  • add olive oil away from oxygen by closing your bottle tightly after use and consuming it within three months of opening.

You will be able to fully enjoy the aromas of your olive oil.
