Olive oil for barbecues or planchas
The sun makes you want planchas, barbecues, so here are our little suggestions to accompany it well with an olive oil
Before lighting the barbecue, marinate your vegetables, meat, fish in olive oil and spices or herbs for more taste, aromas and tenderness.
It's our Oliv&sens Picholine olive oil that we recommend for marinades.
After cooking your meat, fish or vegetables on the plancha, enhance the aromas by adding a drizzle of olive oil to your plate.
To accompany the salmon on the plancha or on the barbecue, we suggest theolive oil Oliv&sens Bouteillan which goes wonderfully with oily fish.
