Recipe – Ham & feta cake with Négrette olive oil
For an aperitif, a snack or lunch accompanied by a salad… with Oliv&sens Négrette olive oil!
Ingredients
- 220 g flour
- 150 g white ham
- 130 g of feta
- 50 g grated cheese
- 100 ml of white wine
- 100ml ofolive oil Oliv&sens Negrette
- 1 leek
- 4 eggs
- 1 baking powder
- Salt, pepper, Provence herbs
Prep time
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Cut the ham, feta and leek into small cubes.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, the eggs, theolive oil Oliv&sens Negrette and wine, until smooth.
Add to the dough, the grated cheese, the ham, the feta, the leek and the spices and mix everything together.
Pour everything into a cake tin and bake for 45 minutes.
