Fall recipe - Patidou and Petit Jack stuffed with feta cheese

Nothing is more decorative on a plate than the patidou with its white and green streaks, with a dense and sweet flesh with flavors of hazelnut, almond, chestnut and frangipane.

The little Jack meanwhile is just as pretty and just as the patidou can be used for individual portions, its shape and size lend themselves perfectly to it, each guest will have their little stuffed squash.

Ingredients (for 2 people)

Prep time

Wash the squash, cut the caps, remove the seeds (be careful not to damage the shells).
Fill the shells with feta, aromatic herbs, salt and pepper and a tablespoon ofOld fashioned taste olive oil for each squash. Finally, put the hat back on.

Bake in a hot oven at 175°C for 40 minutes.

Pierce the squash with a fork to check for doneness.
Sprinkle with a thin stream ofOld fashioned taste olive oil just before serving.

Accompany the squash with a small salad seasoned withOld fashioned taste olive oil, salt and pepper.
