Seasonal recipe - Gazpacho with olive oil Oliv & sens Aglandau
It's hot, it's sunny, let's go for a gazpacho outsideolive oil Oliv&sens Aglandau !
A perfect starter for the beautiful summer days...
Ingredients
- 8 nice tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 / 2 cucumber
- 1 slice of bread
- 3 fresh onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoons ofolive oil Oliv&sens Aglandau
- Salt to your taste (no more than a teaspoon)
- Pepper, chilli or sweet paprika
Prep time
- Peel and seed the vegetables.
(to peel the tomatoes, soak them in boiling water until you see the skin starting to peel off; take them out of the water and peel them)
- Finely mix the vegetables with the rest of the ingredients and if necessary add a little cold water.
Tasting
The gazpacho is eaten very cold, so before serving it leave it in the fridge for a few hours.
