Preparation of theBouteillan olive oil rosemary flavored

  • Fresh rosemary is macerated in a closed jar for 3 to 4 weeks.
  • During this time we shake regularly.
  • Then we remove the rosemary branches and filter if necessary
  • To preserve the oil, it is transferred to one or more boiled bottles.
