Bouteillan olive oil is a fine, vegetable, herbaceous oil, providing great freshness.
Preparation of theBouteillan olive oil rosemary flavored
- Fresh rosemary is macerated in a closed jar for 3 to 4 weeks.
- During this time we shake regularly.
- Then we remove the rosemary branches and filter if necessary
- To preserve the oil, it is transferred to one or more boiled bottles.
That's it, it's simple and homemade. We'll show you the result in four weeks!
