Recipe of the month - Grilled asparagus in olive oil & Parmesan
A simple, light and very tasty spring appetizer
Preparation: 10 mins
Cooking: 15 mins
Ingredients for 2 people1 bunch of green asparagus
1 small piece of parmesan
2 tbsp of Oliv&sens Picholine olive oil
Salt pepper
Prep time
Heat a large volume of salted water.
Peel the asparagus, then cook them in water for 3 minutes.
Drain them, then fry them in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Using a vegetable peeler, cut up parmesan shavings.
Tasting
Just before serving, place the asparagus in a dish, sprinkle generously with parmesan shavings, drizzle with the remaining olive oil, and season with pepper and salt to taste.
