Recipe Pasta with Trumpets & Truffles on a bed of artichokes Oliv&sens

A tasty, delicate, comforting and easy-to-make meal: delicious pasta with trumpets and truffles on a bed of Oliv&sens artichokes.

Pour 4 personnes:

• 300 g of pasta of your choice
• 1 jar trumpets and truffles on a bed of artichoke Oliv&sens
• A good olive oil (we usedNégrette olive oil Oliv&sens)
• A piece of parmesan
• Salt and pepper

Instructions:

Cook the pasta al dente, drain and pour into a dish.
Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of trumpets and truffles on a bed of artichoke, a drizzle ofolive oil, salt and pepper to taste and mix everything together.

Serve immediately on the plates, finish by adding a fillet ofolive oil and a few shavings of parmesan.
