Risotto with trumpets & porcini mushrooms on a bed of artichokes Oliv&sens

Here is a risotto recipe found in the magazine Le Monde de l'épicerie fine (winter 2020 issue) that I have that turns out to be delicious and to which I incorporated, just before serving, our spreadable Trompettes & Porcini mushrooms on a bed of aubergine…a delight!

This variant of risotto can of course also be made with another Oliv&sens spread - autumn range, such as Ceps on a bed of artichokes or Trumpets & Truffles on a bed of artichokes!

Here's a great side dish idea for a holiday dish or as a gift!
