Sweet recipe - Brownies with almonds and olive oil
For young and old gourmets... and chocolate-loving dads on this Father's Day!

Ingredients
- 250g dark pastry chocolate
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 150 mlolive oil Oliv&sens Bouteillan
- 3 eggs
- 60 g flour
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 50 g flaked almonds
Prep time
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain marie.
- add Oliv&sens Bouteillan olive oil and mix well.
- Whisk the eggs with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Add the melted chocolate and olive oil mixture, then add the flour and mix well
- Add the slivered almonds and mix.
- Oil a mold and pour the mixture into it.
- Put everything in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Tasting
- Leave to cool then put the brownies in the fridge for a good hour.
- Then cut the brownies into small squares and serve!
