Sweet recipe – small cakes with orange zest & Aglandau olive oil

A delicious recipe for a winter weekend snack... orange zest and olive oil go wonderfully together! We crack!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g sugar
  • zest of two oranges
  • 120 ml of olive oil,
  • 50g liquid cream
  • 175 g flour
  • 1 / 2 bags of baking powder

Prep time

Beat the eggs and sugar with an electric whisk.

Add the orange zest, Aglandau olive oil, liquid cream and mix.

Then add the flour and baking powder.

Divide into small muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
