Toasts with roasted feta, peppers and olives

A delicious vegetarian recipe idea that smells of summer and that you will find in Saveurs Green number 13.

To make this recipe, I used Oliv&sens Goût à l'ancienne olive oil.

For even more indulgence, you can accompany your toast with Oliv&sens black or green tapenade.

L'Old fashioned taste olive oil, these are olives of irreproachable quality, picked at full maturity, fermented for four to eight days in anaerobic conditions, causing the oil to lose its ardor by breaking its vegetal notes.

L'Old fashioned taste olive oil is assembled by the miller to compose a very fruity oil, with little bitterness. Very fruity, it reveals aromas of black tapenade, black olives and prunes.

Goût à l’ancienne olive oil is perfect for raw vegetables, marinades, pasta, rice and potatoes. It goes wonderfully with Provencal recipes such as ratatouille and Pistou soup...
