A vegetarian recipe for pumpkin, which warms up in this cold autumn weather
Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 1 pumpkin
- Old-fashioned taste Oliv&sens olive oil
- 1 head of unpeeled garlic
- Fleur de sel, pepper
- Aromatic herbs of your choice (rosemary, thyme, Provence herbs etc.)
- Seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, pine nuts)
Prep time
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C
- Cut your pumpkin into slices about 1 cm thick
- Arrange your pumpkin slices in a baking dish
- Spread the unpeeled garlic cloves in the dish
- Salt, pepper and add aromatic herbs
- Pour out Old fashioned taste olive oil on pumpkin slices
- Roast in the oven for about XNUMX minutes, turning occasionally.
- Add a little olive oil if they stick to the dish at first.
- Check for doneness before removing them from the oven.
