Fish carpaccio with Négrette olive oil
Our 'star' olive oil voted best French olive oil at the international competition in Japan (JOOP 2022) in the spotlight by accompanying a fish carpaccio.
Ingredients:
- a few thin slices of fish
- a few sprigs of fresh aromatic herbs (dill, basil or cilantro)
- a lemon
- salt & pear
- Oliv&sens Négrette olive oil
Instructions:
- Arrange the slices of fish on a plate.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Accompany with a little lemon juice and a drizzle ofNegrette extra virgin olive oil. Golden and sweet, Oliv&sens Négrette olive oil develops notes of hazelnuts or almonds, slightly liquorice and vanilla with a sweet peppery aftertaste.
