  • Arrange the slices of fish on a plate.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Accompany with a little lemon juice and a drizzle ofNegrette extra virgin olive oil. Golden and sweet, Oliv&sens Négrette olive oil develops notes of hazelnuts or almonds, slightly liquorice and vanilla with a sweet peppery aftertaste.
