Summer recipe - Salmon & avocado salad

For a summer day a simple, healthy and refreshing salad

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 250 g of raw salmon or smoked salmon
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 fresh onions
  • 4 tablespoons ofolive oil Oliv&sens Bouteillan
  • Salt pepper

Prep time

  • Dice the salmon and place it in a dish. Sprinkle it with lemon juice,Bouteillan olive oil.
  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, remove the skin and cut them into pieces.
  • Finely chop the small onions.
  • Place the pieces of avocado, the diced salmon and the small onions in the salad bowl and mix everything together.
  • Season to taste (salt, pepper) and accompany this dish with a nice little glass of chilled white wine!
