Summer recipe - Salmon & avocado salad
For a summer day a simple, healthy and refreshing salad
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 2 ripe avocados
- 250 g of raw salmon or smoked salmon
- 1 lemon
- 2 fresh onions
- 4 tablespoons ofolive oil Oliv&sens Bouteillan
- Salt pepper
Prep time
- Dice the salmon and place it in a dish. Sprinkle it with lemon juice,Bouteillan olive oil.
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, remove the skin and cut them into pieces.
- Finely chop the small onions.
- Place the pieces of avocado, the diced salmon and the small onions in the salad bowl and mix everything together.
- Season to taste (salt, pepper) and accompany this dish with a nice little glass of chilled white wine!
