Chocolate mousse with Bouteillan olive oil and fleur de sel

On the occasion of World Chocolate Day, we invite you to taste the perfect marriage between chocolate and a good olive oil... It may surprise you, but taste it and you will want more

A square of chocolate with a drizzle ofBouteillan olive oil or a chocolate mousse with Bouteillan olive oil and fleur de sel, the recipe of which we present to you.

Ingredients

Prep time

In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate. When the chocolate is melted, remove it from the heat and add theolive oil Oliv&sens Bouteillan.

Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and add this sugar and egg yolks mixture to the chocolate and olive oil mixture.

Whip the egg whites until stiff and gently fold this into the chocolate. Then pour the mousse into small bowls and leave to rest for a few hours in the fridge.


Just before serving, add a thin drizzle ofBouteillan olive oil on the mousse and a few grains of fleur de sel.
