Aglandau olive oil spread
To accompany pancakes, a good slice of bread, for breakfast or as a snack, nothing beats a good homemade spread.
The original recipe is signed by Christophe Michalak (pastry chef in Paris) and we replaced the hazelnut oil with olive oil, a very tasty result!
Ingredients
- 140 g icing sugar
- 150g roasted hazelnuts
- 150 g of milk chocolate
- 30 golive oil Oliv&sens Aglandau
Prep time
- Roast the hazelnuts then mix them with the icing sugar
- Add theolive oil Oliv&sens Aglandau, the melted chocolate and a pinch of fleur de sel.
- Mix until the desired texture is obtained: grainy or very fine.
