Aglandau olive oil and matcha tea cake
For brunch or afternoon tea, here is a combination that will surprise more than one!
Ingredients :
- 10g matcha green tea
- 50 ml of milk (for those intolerant to cow's milk: oat milk)
- 100 g of honey
- 80g sugar
- 250g of flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 3 eggs
- 80ml ofolive oil Oliv&sens Aglandau
Prep time :
- Preheat the oven to 180°
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the golden sugar until the mixture whitens
- Add honey, matcha tea powder and milk.
- Add the flour, baking powder andolive oil Oliv&sens Aglandau.
- Mix everything.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered mold and bake for 30 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy!
I tasted this cake accompanied by a good cup of white tea for breakfast…delicious!
