Aglandau olive oil and matcha tea cake

For brunch or afternoon tea, here is a combination that will surprise more than one!

Ingredients :

  • 10g matcha green tea
  • 50 ml of milk (for those intolerant to cow's milk: oat milk)
  • 100 g of honey
  • 80g sugar
  • 250g of flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 3 eggs
  • 80ml ofolive oil Oliv&sens Aglandau

Prep time :

  • Preheat the oven to 180°
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with the golden sugar until the mixture whitens
  • Add honey, matcha tea powder and milk.
  • Add the flour, baking powder andolive oil Oliv&sens Aglandau.
  • Mix everything.
  • Pour the mixture into a buttered mold and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Let cool and enjoy!

I tasted this cake accompanied by a good cup of white tea for breakfast…delicious!
