Summer recipe - Sliced peppers with rosemary
It's pepper season, so let's put some color on your plate!
Ingredients (for two people)
- 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1 green pepper
- 2 onions
- 1 gousse d'ail
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- salt / pepper or a little Espelette pepper
- 4 tablespoons of Oliv&sens Old-Fashioned Taste olive oil
Prep time
- Chop the onions and the garlic.
- Heat a frying pan and pour 3 tablespoons ofOld fashioned taste olive oil.
- When the oil is hot, sauté the onions and garlic.
- Slice the three peppers into strips and add them to the pan. Mix everything.
- Salt and pepper to taste and add the rosemary by stripping it in the pan.
- Cook over medium heat until the peppers are tender.
- Pour everything into a dish and add a tablespoon ofOld fashioned taste olive oil Above.
- Mix well and serve.
