Summer recipe - Sliced ​​peppers with rosemary

It's pepper season, so let's put some color on your plate!

Ingredients (for two people)

  • 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1 green pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 1 gousse d'ail
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • salt / pepper or a little Espelette pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of Oliv&sens Old-Fashioned Taste olive oil

Prep time

  • Chop the onions and the garlic.
  • When the oil is hot, sauté the onions and garlic.
  • Slice the three peppers into strips and add them to the pan. Mix everything.
  • Salt and pepper to taste and add the rosemary by stripping it in the pan.
  • Cook over medium heat until the peppers are tender.
  • Mix well and serve.
