Pasta with garlic and Bouteillan olive oil
Pasta, garlic and a very good olive oil such as Bouteillan extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of pepper, salt, parmesan shavings and fresh basil.
Ingredients
- pasta (optional)
- Garlic
- salt pepper
- fresh basilic
- olive oil Oliv&sens Bouteillan
- Parmesan
Prep time
- Finely chop the garlic (allow two garlic cloves per person) and sauté in olive oil until browned.
- Cook the pasta and prepare the parmesan shavings.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain it and pour it into the pan with the garlic. Sauté over high heat for a few minutes, season with salt and pepper.
- Pour everything into a dish, addolive oil Oliv&sens Bouteillan (generously), parmesan shavings.
- Adjust the seasoning, mix everything and it's ready!
