Summer recipe - Apricots with honey, rosemary, olive oil Oliv & sense Aglandau
A summer recipe, sweet, simple and delicious!
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 10 apricots
- 2 heaping tablespoons of honey,
- a beautiful sprig of rosemary,
- of the'olive oil Oliv&sens Aglandau
Prep time
- Preheat the oven to 180°
- Cut the apricots in half and remove the pits.
- Mix the honey and the sprig of rosemary in a saucepan. Over low heat, heat the mixture and let the rosemary infuse. The honey will soak up the aromas of rosemary. While it's heating, add a drizzle ofolive oil Oliv&sens Aglandau.
- Remove the pan from the heat, add the half-apricots and mix to cover them with the honey, olive oil and rosemary mixture.
- Then arrange the apricots in a baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes.
- The apricots should brown and melt slightly while keeping their shape.
Serve and enjoy warm!
