Summer recipe: Rice flavored with pomegranate, feta, mint and Picholine olive oil
An original and fresh recipe for these hot days! The recipe is made with'Oliv&sens Picholine olive oil.
Ingredients for 4 persons)
- 300 g of basmati rice
- 1 pomegranate
- 4 sprigs of fresh mint
- salt and pepper
- 150 g of feta
- de l 'Oliv&sens Picholine olive oil
Prep time
Cook the rice (as you usually do) and let it cool in a dish, stirring it from time to time so that it doesn't stick.
Take the arils (small seeds) from the pomegranate, chop the mint, crumble the feta.
When the rice is cooled, pour over the pomegranate arils, the chopped mint, the feta.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and then generously drizzle withPicholine olive oil.
Mix everything well and serve.
