Zucchini salad with olive oil Oliv&sens Picholine

A delicious cold salad recipe, with a very seasonal main ingredient: zucchini. This is accompanied by our Picholine olive oil which will enhance the sweetness of the zucchini.

Ingredients for 2 people

• 2 courgettes
• a block of parmesan
• of the'Oliv&sens Picholine olive oil
• salt pepper
• Italian raw ham

Prep time

• Finely slice the zucchini and arrange them in a dish.
• Cut the raw ham into pieces
• Grate the parmesan over the zucchini and ham
• put salt and pepper at your taste
• pour thePicholine olive oil to finish
