Bouteillan olive oil pesto recipe
A very simple recipe to enhance pasta, salads, but also many other dishes!
Ingredients
80 gr of parmesan
30 g of pine nuts
60 g of basil
1 clove of garlic
150 g olive oilolives Oliv&sens Bouteillan
Prep time
It's very simple: Peel the garlic and cut it into small pieces, strip the basil to use only the leaves and put everything (garlic, basil, pine nuts, parmesan andBouteillan olive oil) in a dish and mix.
Store your pesto in a jar (a jar of jam or a 'Le Parfait' type jar) and after using it, make sure that the olive oil covers everything well so that the pesto does not darken. If necessary, after use, add a little olive oil.
Tasting
Pesto enhances pasta of course, but also salads, tomatoes, a piece of white fish and other dishes.
I always have a jar of pesto at home, to make a quick meal for the kids!
