Aperitif recipe - breadsticks in olive oil
For your aperitif here is a homemade recipe, ultra simple and delicious that you can accompany with our delicious tapenades and spreads Oliv&sens
For a good twenty breadsticks:
Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 60 g ofolive oil Oliv&sens Bouteillan
- 60 g of water
- a good teaspoon of herbs de provence or rosemary
- salt
Prep time
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
- Mix the flour with the water and theolive oil
- Knead until you obtain a homogeneous and non-sticky dough.
- Add salt and herbs, and knead again
- Separate the dough into small balls and roll them into long sticks
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes until the breadsticks are golden brown.
